💪🏻FREE WORKOUT: 5:30PM. Join Motivation Mondays for 45-60 mins of bodyweight and cardio exercises. Bring a mat/towel and water for comfort, but no equipment is required. The workout is FREE and for all fitness levels. We are here to encourage each other to get/stay healthy; come as you are and do what you can! Bring your friends!
